Passport photos of the father & each child, birth certificates of the children & signed consent form. Mother's consent is mandatory where the alleged father's name is not listed on the birth certificates. Not intended for medicolegal purposes which requires a court order. EDTA whole blood sample of each person tested with appropriate labeling. Test components:
