2ml serum or plasma (EDTA, citrate, or heparin). Serum separator tube (SST) for serum; EDTA, citrate, or heparin tube for plasma. Collect before anticoagulant therapy if possible.
Clearly label the sample to prevent mix-ups with other autoantibody tests.
