LEVELS MAY ALSO BE ELEVATED IN RENAL FAILURE, INFLAMMATORY CONDITIONS, PPI THERAPY ETC. RESULTS SHOULD ALWAYS BE CORRELATED WITH CLINICAL FINDINGS & RESULTS OF OTHER DIAGNOSTIC WORK-UP E.G. IMAGING, TISSUE BIOPSY FINDINGS.
